Karin Lawton-Dunn, Director
I have been the Senior Career Services Specialist of the Graduate College Career Services Office since 2015. I enjoy coaching graduate students and postdocs on many aspects of career planning for their post-academic careers. I assist them in learning how to navigate the many facets of a career search (networking, resumes, CV’s, interviewing, negotiation). As students and scholars practice their new skills they become more confident in their job search. They are better prepared to "promote" themselves in their career search. When a student/scholar accepts the first post-academic job, I’m probably as proud as a parent of their accomplishments.
